Shipping Policy

At Phia, we ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders placed on these days before 12 PM will ship the same day, while orders placed after 12 PM or on other days will ship on the next scheduled shipping day. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We are based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.

Phia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. For issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Return/ Refund Policy

At Phia, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Clothes without tags, worn items, or noticeable stains will not be accepted.

We offer store credit for all approved returns. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an email with a store credit code that you can use on future purchases. Please note, we do not offer refunds.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost to send returns back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
